Which countries laws are applicable in a spacecraft? For instance, if a russian cosmonaut was aboard the International space station and he commited a crime,would he fall under the juristiction of Russia,the U.S. or European law?

What sort of crimes are we talking about here? Speeding.... parking...... assault.... murder.... adultery. Fraud! How about fraud!
