Thanks crofter and ulysses . . it must be Neotoxin as N is without doubt the first letter. However, I am unable to find the word (even in Chambers). Can I ask where you found this please ulysses?

It's in Chambers sarumite under neo- etc and before Neotropical

Yup! Ulysses is correct. When I couldn't find it in Chambers, I took a guess - and got it WRONG. Sorry!
