Under company disciplinary ruling, a person can invite "a friend" or a union representative to the meeting.
Can anyone tell me what verbal input that "friend" can give in the meeting to support the person being disiplined (if any at all).
If anyone has a related website where I can check I would appreciate it.
Thanks In Advance.

I have found exactly what I needed.
"Your companion can take notes and speak instead of you, but may not answer any questions for you".
By the way, this wasn't a quiz it's a genuine issue and I just could not find what I wanted so thanks again.
