Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Is anyone out there doing this quiz? I've done all the questions but the tie-breaker is a b****r! If anyone has got it could you just point me in the right direction please. I've tried Google but can't find anything. For those of you not doing the quiz but would like to help, the question is - 'What was the price of a ladie's full length Indian lamb fur coat as advertised by the National Fur Co. Ltd. in Dec. 1939?' Thanks in advance for any help

I cant find it anywhere so have just made a guess
It does seem fairer than names out of a hat dont you think.

smouse Someone sent me a message from another Answerbank category to say I had to look in The India Times newspaper for that date., but when i tried to do it on Google I couldn't get anywhere on the India Times site. You have to fill in your details and every time I tried it all just went off the screen. I then sent a message to this person for further help but got no reply. Oh well like you say we'll just have to guess. By the way should we answer in 'old money' do you think?

My inspired guess is in guineas (I wish to add I am far to young to remember them - lol)
