Answer is 134106, with the letters C, E, K, L, O and S represented by the numbers 1,9,0,3,4,and 6 and the letters D and Y interchangeably represented by the numbers 2 and 8.

Morning bobobalde111 - it must be Tuesday!

It appears that D and Y are interchangeable. If we assume that O cannot be zero (which can lead to a feasible solution), then a possibility is S = 6, O = 4, L = 3, E = 9, K = 0 and (D,Y) = (2,8) in some order.

Hence 64332 + 69336 + 438 = 134106 is one such solution and 64338 +69336 + 432 = 134106 is another.

I don't think there are others, but I've not carried outa thorough check! Regards

But only just crofter - and at least we got the same answer. I did check for other possibilities and the solution we both came up with is the only one possible. Your turn to go first next week.

Good Morning from me too, bobobalde111, or Good Evening by the time you read this.

Thanks juliefer. Just for the record ...

Spurious solution: I never like to set a leading digit to zero, but if this were allowed then another solution could be 70552 + 79557 + 058 = 150167.

Once again, the 2 and the 8 may be interchanged.
