Logo quiz

Can anyone throw any light on a logo which is just the letters 'JL' the 'J' being a little lower than the 'L' and having no horizontal line at the top? I can't say I've ever seen it but you never know.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Could it be John Lewis - that' all that comes to mind beginning JL at present.

This is definitely John Lewis as previously suggested.
