Has anyone bought a French holiday home by leaseback?

Have been thinking of buying a holiday property as an investment and would need to let it out. Is the leaseback system a good way to do this or is there a risk that resale would be difficult?

I have yes. Don't bother It's absurdley diffucult and France's red tape makes it frustrating beyond belief.
