Why are people nasty? It achieves nothing. Re Jim Jools, Shaney, etc., I think they are great as they have helped me and I know who I would rather associate with.

i think dykeyse has a problem, been nasty to me a few times, perhaps he/she ought to see somebody about it!

Dkeyse is obviously a social outcast with no friends of his own
his only reason for living is to get back at the cruel world that has cast him aside like an old sock !!
He is jealous of the comradeship shown by ABers toward each other . although he is to be pitied , and not laughed at ,his attitude problem is only making things worse for himself .

I suggest to you Dkeyse to contact a psychiatrist about your playwright delusions , and seek professional help .

perhaps , after years of extensive therapy , you MIGHT become a respected ABer with real friends of your own !!

He is an obnoxious toad.
He has the nerve to tell me to get a life on his post further down. He told me in a previous post that he has hundreds of friends whom he sees every week ! How has he got the time then ,to spend on here slating people . His "friends" must have the patience of saints to put up with a windbag like him.
Much more of it and I shall gather all his posts together and report him to the ABED .
He doesn't contribute anything to AB whatsoever.Neither in this category or any of the others and if he does it's only to make a rude remark.

The best thing to do when you see an obnoxious comment from him is to press the report button.If three people report him then it will be wiped for ABED to review. If he keeps getting reported in this way then he will be banned.
I don't like reporting people really but he is upsetting a lot of people and deserves to be taught a lesson.
This is a lighthearted quiz and puzzle category for like minded people to participate in and I don't see why he has to be so rude all the time.What pleasure does he get out of it ?
Why doesn't he go and vent his spleen on News..some of the people on there would certainly give him a run for his money !!

Dustybun, thanks for raising this point. Dykeyse really upset me last week when he turned on me and JimJools for no reason. I wasn't going to come onto the AB again but then decided that the school bully wasn't going to drive me away. Having said that, he/she did give me an answer yesterday - perhaps trying to redeem him/herself?!

I agree Dykeyse can be unkind sometimes but laugh at him/her like I do, I'll report his nasty comments and encourage those he's been nasty too, I'm finding I thread with the same people regularly, cyber friends are good!

It is annoying though.He is still banging on in a few posts I have looked at today.Lets be fair ..all these crossword answers are so ephemeral and are forgotten about the next day,it's hardly a matter of life or death, so why he has to get so steamed up is beyond me.And if anyone has tried to wade through that category search then they are better person than me. !! I am forever grateful if someone answers my Q and like to help others as well.He's just a pedantic spoilsport .
You have to feel sorry for him really.
