Can you solve puzzle 4 locals in lajas puerto rico want to build a landing strip for what (4 letters).

3 or 4 months ago there was a write-up about building a landing strip in lajas for UFO's. Don't know if it's of any use for your puzzle though.

i put landing strip and lajas in on google and it gae up with ufos in a second

First time I have ever bought this mag as had run out of Lovatts.
I was reading the letters from top to bottom and didn't realise it was a numerical sequence.
