Can anybody help with the following Qs. Each clue leads to the name of a person either real or fictitious whose surname is that of a place in the British Isles.


For Example.


ROUND THE WORLD SAILOR(7,10)=FRANCIS CHICHESTER


NIGHT RIDER WHO MOVED TO HALLAM(5,6)


PLYMOUTH WIDOWER WHO COURTED BY PROXY(5,8)


BUT HES NEVER CARRIED THE DRINKS FOR AUSTRALIA(5,10)


MODEL TV PRESENTER AFFLICTED BY INTERFERENCE(5,8)
