Come around this "after" noon

Come around this midnight?
I thought 12am was midnight.
It's indeterminate - pm = post meridian, so 12 hours after midday; am = ante meridian so 12am is 12 hours before midday. ie, both are midnight and people should use midday or midnight.
It’s 11:59pm so, surely when the clock ticks to the next minute which is the start of the next day, it’s 12:00am.

I had thought it was come around either noon or midnight but neither sounded like a saying or phrase?
Come around this "after" noon
Absolutely true Zacs but both mean 12 hours away from noon.
Well done JJ.
I agree JJ is right, I just have a bee in my bonnet about the loose use of 12am/pm (not just here).
