Was to get a new fibre kit installed 16 June - kit came, guy came - then problems - said there was problems with "duct" under the ground and they couldn't fix it but somebody else will come out.

Have heard nothing since and also they have taken off the CHATLINE facility - I mean how do you contact them about something like that.

What is chatline?

where you can talk to somebody online - you know - you ask questions and they do their best to resolve the answer. It was brilliant for me being corned beef
Video chat on the website to talk to a member of staff. ^^^^^
I've just looked at the BT website and can't see the facility to chat with them online.

I couldn't find it either Sharon but even at that - when you log in to the problem spot - it brings right you back to telephone this number - ie no chatline.

JJ, BT has just told me the chat facility is still working but if they have too many people waiting the button isn't visible. Try again later.
