Sorry about the late post tonight. I've been catching upon some sleep after not getting much last night, due initially to a slightly queasy tummy but mainly because of two of my cats taking it in turns to wake me up all night long! I hope that there are still a few quizzers around (or that there will be over the weekend, as I always check for latecomers).

Perhaps I should have stayed in bed though, going by my score in the main quiz this week! Just a pathetic TWO out of seven :(

That extra sleep this evening seems to have rejuvenated me though, as I scored a maximum FIVE out of five on the junior quiz! (OK, I admit it. A couple of lucky guesses helped too!)

It was back down to Earth in the Timed Teaser for me though, scoring just THREE out of ten (and one of those was a guess!):

So I can now sit back in the certain knowledge that I'm unbeatable in one quiz this week but that you lot are going to thrash me in the other two!

Aha! There are still a few Friday night quizzers around!

Thanks for keeping me company with that 2, Zebo, and well done with that decent 6!

I'm feeling better now that I've seen your first score, Campbellking ;-)
Well done with that decent 6 though!
I never get a proper night's sleep at any time, due to Tablo constantly coming and going on the bed, but Chequers decided to join in last night too. It's probably lucky that cats don't understand four-letter words ;-)
4/7
5/5 (they were easy!)

>>> Those scores must make you feel better.

Yup! Thank you, Mamya! They're as good as any Get Well card ;-)

Congratulations on being the first person to manage respectable scores across all three quizzes this week, Milo2!

You seem to have lost your childishness this week, Susan, going by your score in the junior quiz. I recommend spending more time on your roller skates ;-)
[I'm sure that Tablo will wake me up a few times tonight but I'll still love her just as much really]
;-)

Please don't tell me that the junior questions were easy, Elliemay1. You'll ruin my sense of achievement ;-)
[Easy or not, well done anyway!]

Middling 4/7 and 5/10 on the others.
Hope you sleep better tonight, Chris.

Well done on sneaking a whole point ahead of me this week, Tony ;-)
:-)
afer my dizzy heights of last weeks 7 i got 1
Question Author
My sleep won't be perfect tonight, Tony. It never is, due to my darling Tablo constantly changing her mind about whether she wants to sleep on top of the bed or under the covers but, hopefully, I won't have a queasy tummy like I did last night. (I think that I might even risk a glass or two of Malbec shortly!).

Well done on being a perfect kid this week, Clover, and on solid scores elsewhere too ;-)

Thanks for keeping me company in the doldrums this week, Bednobs ;-)
