Starting with a vowel helped a few times recently

I use OPERA, three vowels plus R is quite common

I wouldn't bother with four-vowel words; a couple of them and three common consonants does it for me (you may have to work through a lot of consonants if you don't guess right, so start early.)

Something like Steal or Names does as a starter for me.
