Morning Emmie, it felt worse lying flat as my nose is blocked and I felt I couldn’t get my breath making me breathe through my mouth which caused a severe thirst + my limbs ache and I sleep on my left side mostly which woke me up , see what this Lemsip does

have you anything stronger, like ibuprofen, or does lemsip contain that.
