Bbq Food, Who Truthfully Enjoys It?

I don’t ,burgers in buns,sausages etc, eughhhhh
I’d much rather have a sit down meal any day , as soon as the sun shines the smell permeates the air, just when I was away last weekend, we were told of 6 people in one of the cabins brought with them some of those portable BQs you buy in a supermarket, they got so drunk and left them outside to ‘fizzle’ out ( log cabin?) it ignited and went up in seconds, they escaped, the two innocent dogs they had with them perished in the fire!!

What we do (although not for quite a while) is have a bbq without a bbq, just cook/prepare everything inside and then either put it all on a table outside in the shade, buffet style, or put it on our large kitchen table buffet style.
The only bbq I ever enjoyed is one catered by proper chefs. The meat (not a burger or sausage in sight) was cooked to perfection and all the accompaniments totally delicious.
