Queries On Flags

Would like some help please, wondered if there is any significance to the flag of Bosnia & Herzegovina flag have 9 stars. This comprises of 7 full stars and 2 half stars. As far as I can see, it is the only flag that features half stars.

Also, is there a current flag that features 10 white stars.?

Also wondered if they will reduce the stars on the European Union Flag now that UK has left?

Apologies, I missed the Venezuelan flag, I thought it only had 8 stars, possibly an earlier edition?
