Hi there,
Think of the old name for Salisbury and Carpets!
Question Author
thank you davidsmith. I will follow your advice
Answers: St Mary and St Nicholas (parish church of Wilton). Carpets are still made in the town
and Old Sarum (former name of Salisbury)

Hints...?
In fairness, Davidsmith did originally give hints - the competition has now closed
Thanks, Toorak - and I didn't know the closing dates were so soon after publication.
I think it closes on a Wednesday or Thursday - it’s online entry which i think is why there is a relatively quick closing date.

Here is last weekend’s one

Thanks, Toorak. I used to look at puzzle from time to time, but often forgot.
