Why Doesn't Theresa May Call A General Election?

Having read the papers and listened to various interviews this weekend, it seems to me that the Prime Minister is so confident and full of belief due to the local elections, that she should call a General Election. What?!!!!! ANOTHER ONE?!!!! I wonder why she hasn't? But she may yet do! What do you think?
