Film clip as shown on one of Barry Normans Film year shows

Many years ago I saw a film clip on a Barry Norman film review programme on tv. It was an Indian movie which in itself is unusual for Barry to review but it was also unusual because it was a bit naughty and had a sexual theme and also adultery. Which is unusual in Asian movies as they are usually suitable for any age but this was obviously only suitable for after water shed. viewing. Was I dreaming, did this really happen It was a long time ago maybe Film 98. or even further back. I have asked this question before in a different format, but got no answers. The scene shown was a woman cleaning a big clay pot and her lover arrived. Hope this enlightens someone with the director or title of this movie.

Thanks for answer but its not that one I think it is older film than that one. May be late 80's film.
