Second Best Party Of The Year

It's pretty lively down on the sea front.

The uni students have been on the pier all night, for their annual Pier Party. Apparently they sell 3,000 tickets.

And now, all 3,000 of them are down on the sea front, where they are taking over four of the clubs until 5.00am tomorrow morning.

It looks like being a pretty jolly night.

Jealous? Me?

I can`t think of anything worse than partying with a load of 19 year olds. Been there, done that.

Actually, even then, I'd still be 1 year too old to be a Fresher.

Even if I was 30 years younger, I still wouldn`t have wanted to. I got my partying out of my system by the time I was 16 (in the Marisco, Woolacombe) By the time I was legally old enough to do it, the novelty had worn off. Still, it was fun though.

Why not? After the thunderous applause had finally died down, they could perform a riotously rollicking rendition of "Knees Up Mother Brown"...Ah! The memories:)
