Dr Who???quiz

Thank you to everyone who took part in this quiz. There were no totally correct answers - sorry the cryptic clues were a bit too cryptic for many -although several people scored 80 or over (out of 85). The winner was C Chantler of Bath.
All money raised (£53 from AB alone) will go to the breast care unit at Carlisle Infirmary as a friend has received excellent care there and it's our way of giving a little something back.

Hi Nora, I promised you feedback and it is quite simple - keep up the good work!

An excellent quiz and considering your friend did that through the fug of radiotherapy, more power to her.

Not at all surprised by the winner and hope my silly answers here and there gave you a smile - looking forward to this new one.

Thanks for the feedback. We thought that as there were no totally correct answers that perhaps some people had just found it far too difficult although there were several all within 3 or 4 points. The current quiz is easier (I think) and we're already working on one to follow that. As for silly answers. There weren't any. I was most impressed with some of the alternatives (alternative, not wrong!). Hopefully by now everybody who asked for answers by email should have received them and all others were posted out yesterday.
