Can anyone help me, I received a text message from smsx.biz which I hadn't asked for. They charged my account 1.50. I have tried to email them from their web site www.smsx.biz but it is not recognised. How can I get my 1.50 back and stop them doing it to other people. They could easily wipe out my total pay as you go account. Can I make Orange accountable for this kind of thing?

try calling orange they may give u a phone number to call to get it cancelled or try sending the word stop to the number that txt u my daughter had the same prob they took 5 in a matter of an hour called o2 they gave me the number n it was sorted hope this helps x

I would deffiantely try what was suggested above. Orange are normally very good with this sort of thing. Best of luck to you!

By the way, the place that ripped you off, this is their web address:

http://www.smsx.biz/

Everyone take note of the companies email address, it's a freebie Yahoo.co.uk one. What sort of legit company does that? These guys are dodgy and would recommend that eveyone stays away from them.
