Steg, an english what??? I've never heard of that expression before.
by an English, not sure get that

its a Scottish expression then?
Fud has to be one of my favourite insults, I thought it was a Scottish word?

Nobber is also a good one.

(HUGE apologies if anyone is offended, my intention is humour based.)

Fud is well used in the Highlands. (As it means a lady's parts, you may take that statement any way you wish.)

Never heard ginky before though.

Scrivens

I was called it by a scotch.

what kind of scotch, blended or a single?
Maybe it was a Scotch Pie, steg.
Ginky is Scottish for Smelly.
Fud is Scottish for Lady Parts.
I'll leave you to put them together.

Or an egg
I thought that Fud was the cat word for food.

Not a word that I have heard in normal conversation. Is it a real insult or a tame insult.

Maybe they wiz just eejits.

scotch pie lol is that like a fud?
well that is my limited vocabulary increased a little bit. :-)

I call Mr P a fud as a term of endearment when he's, well, being a fud.

I've never known it to be a proper insult, just one of those friendly insults that we seem to like in Scotland.

Steg I'd hate for the Scots and English to be parted, but we do need an interpreter at times. No one has called me names and got away with it, at least I can't remember that.
