Spinet sounds good ubasses will need to think again.

Yes I agree with that ubassess it's a good answer, have already changed mine.
Do you have 58 Almost heaven to be listening to his music (9) & 60 He made music with a wild party and left at the end of it (5).
Question Author
58 is an anagram of "heaven to be". Its a very famous composer and if you dont get it in 2 minutes, I will tell you!

60 is another composer...ends in "L" for left and the first part is a name for a wild party. I'll tell you that too, if you don't get it straightaway! Starts with R
Thanks ellie-b got them both but your anagram does not need the e at the end too many letters.
Surely it's the A that's left out not the E.
Checked spelling elliemay1 & its the e that is not needed.
I would spell it BEETHOVEN.
Sorry elliemay1 I stand corrected, it is the A that is not required looked in my biographical book to be sure. Another senior moment I think.
Question Author
I knew you'd get them, Birdie. Sorry I'd forgotten that the A wasn't needed..that was why the clue said "almost " heaven to be! It's sometimes more fun working out how the answer fits the clue, isn't it?
I totally agree ellie-b especially with clues as good as yours.
