I don't understand the layout of the questions....
4. Houghton le Spring - anagram of 'Got no higher spondulics' minus disco.
Are you sure this is just Birds and Money? "Maybe use this dish" is an anagram of South Shields and the one after is an anagram of Houghton Le Spring (assuming the first word of the clue should be "got"), so perhaps they are UK places?
