equilateral
I rather think equilateral implies equal length sides of a plane figure, does it not?  A Regular Polygon or Rectangle would fulfill the description being asked...

If all the sides and all the angles of a polygon are equal the polygon is said to be regular

Unfortunately, equilateral doesn't fit !

An isogon is an equiangular polygon.
