I came up with Kabbalah so I guess Cabbalah is another spelling

May be bac for more !
It might be Kabbalah - 'on radio' suggests 'sounds like' so it might be Kab rather than Cab
I've gone for Cabbalah because one "hails a cab", not a kab. :-)
