Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

The deadline has past, all entries have been marked, and the £20 winner is Mrs. J. Thompson with £5 going to Mrs. Reis. The new one is now available, closing date 30th September, and is available either by email or snail mail. Cost is £1 and cheque (payable to The Village Hall at Heage) or cash can be sent to Mrs. V. Newey, 21 Spanker Lane, Nether Heage, Derbyshire DE56 2AT, with a SAE at least 9x4 please; or you can request email copy and pay on return. Alternatively payment can now be made by Paypal by sending £1.25 to [email protected] and I will email the quiz back to you. Thanks to all entrants for their continued support. Good luck!

Brilliant quiz, thanks. But could I please just ask whether the answer to question 63 should really be 6 letters. I was wondering if it should be 5? Thanks. Beverley

Giobate - Thanks for reply. In case you are also doing this quiz, I did contact the setter to query this and she confirmed that it could be 5 letters. Also the answer to question 65 could be 4,5 instead of 5,5 as stated.
