Im also waiting for a start date, Im already working but cant wait to change jobs, its all being held up by my CRB.

Good luck with the new job.
And quite likely after being in the workplace for a while you will find you still haven't got enough money...and you will be doing so much agency you won't have time to shop...
Good luck with the job Tink, I hope you have a good team to work with and it's a job you enjoy otherwise you'll soon be wishing for the day you don't have to work. Unfortunatley these days you often have to stick with a job even if you don't like it.
Hope you enjoy, many people cannot wait to retire, I had to early due to health problems, if you get a job you enjoy it is the best thing you can do, unfortunately many of us get stuck in a job and just do it. Have fun spending your money, but make sure you save some every week, for the rainy days and then you will have a nest egg on retirement, its not nice to be elderly and poor. Good luck
Why so much negativity.

Enjoy coming back to the working world and your first shopping spree!!
I must admit I worked in the pits for nearly 30 years and at the time I wouldn't have swapped for anything, the work could be back breaking, it was dirty and dangerous but the people I worked with made up for all of that, truely the salt of the earth. With kuck Tink you'll make a few good friends and if the job turns out to be crap that will help ease things along.
