Some time ago I bought a CL1400 telephone from deaf society - it broke down but unfortunately I cant remember what I paid for it but I am sure it could have been around £70-80. They sent me another replacement which was CL1200 and no good for my hearing loss so I sent it back and just received a cheque this morning for £30 which is what the CL1200 would have cost. I have sent a query to them why was there such a loss of refund. Can any of you explain why this happened before I get an answer from them if I do. Thank you.
