divide the 25000 by the 5 mls = 5000 units = 1 ml. therefore 10000 units = 2mls. 1000 units = 0.2 mls, 2000 units = 0.4 mls.

10000+2000 = 12000
2mls + 0.4mls = 2.4 mls.
