Cure seems a very good answer. I can't immediately think of one that's as good.
Have you seen another answer? If not I'm not sure of teh relevance of it having been asked twice.

I hope Ed will indulge me "gossiping" here, but several years ago I was at a pub quiz where one of the rounds was on this very subject.

One of the questions was "Microscopic pussy", to which the answer was "Atomic Kitten" However, after a protest from one of the teams, the quizmaster reluctantly had to also accept "Tight Fit"...

On similar theme Mark, there was a cryptic clue of "your husband's underpants" for a current (then) group and the intended answer in this case was in fact Tight Fit, but the pub fell about laughing when someone answered "The Dooleys". Not as funny as yours but after a few drinks it sounded funny.

Doctor Feelgood is a possible answer but it doesn't really fit the clue- I wouldn't expect teh word Doctor to appear in the clue and the answer. Could it be PLACEBO? Not great either, I know.

That's the problem with these sort of questions - open to interpretation with several possible answers.I'd never put them in a quiz.
