Can anyone pls clarify this problem for me? Last clue to complete.

29d. Of or relating to the bone that extends from the shoulder to the elbow.
7 letters: h - - e - - l

Could this be humerul and not humerus?
I have Cornwallis as the general in 36a which I'm convinced is correct, so
the L is fixed.

Thanks for any confirmation
