I am always amused to come across the different meanings of words and idiomatic usage between english speakers in the US and the UK - most recently I heard an American commentating on the US Masters totally baffled by his English counterparts reference to " Going Commando " (not to mention the perennial Pants/Trousers issue! )

Anyway - the question is - Are there any Sites out there were these sorts of things are discussed? ( I have seen quite a lot of sites which offer straight " translations" ie Knickers=Plus-Fours etc. If anyone knows of any I would greatly appreciate the address.
