Finding the last date of viewing a page

Is there a way of looking through my internet history to find out when i last viewed a particular page? I need to tie down a particular date and I know that I last looked at this page on the same day.

in IE press CTRL+H to open the history, find the page you looked at, and in IE right click on it and select properties...

In firefox press ctrl+shift+h to open the history, find the page, then right click on any of the headings at the top (where it says location etc etc) and make sure visited date is selected.

Errr, it depends on how long you keep your history, if its only seven days for example and you last looked at the page some time prior to that then history wont show it but there are other ways if thats the case
