I have seen this answered as Borodin as others are German speaking. It has already been asked on this site. Don't know if it is right just repeating the answer given
Another possibility: Bach did not compose for the pianoforte as the instrument (as we know it) was not invented, or had evolved, until after his death. He composed for organ, harpsichord etc.

Brahms is the only one used in rhyming slang and appearing in "are you being served"
Didn't Bach dabble in floral remedies?
Another possibility: Assuming it's J.S Bach, he didn't write any symphonies as we know them, i.e. the four movement form. Again, these didn't evolve until after his death.
