This drug dealing Transvestite has escaped prison so that he can complete his sex change.

The Judge said "You have received Government funding and if I send you to prison I would be sentencing you to a continuation of your sexual nightmare, possibly forever."

What about the drugs he deals in, wasn't he also sentencing many poor individuals to a continuous drug enforced nightmare, possibly forever?

He would face the death sentence in some counties, but here he is let off so that he can complete his sex change, amazing.

"wasn't he also sentencing many poor individuals to a continuous drug enforced nightmare, possibly forever?"

presumably it is them that go to him for the deal?
I actually agree with the Judges decision AOG. With a sex change this person will have the chance to lead a better life and there is a chance he will not err again. Without the sex change his life will continue to be miserable and he is much more likely to reoffend.

I don't find it amazing. And I don't believe in the death sentence that some countries hve so that doesn't come into the equation for me.
And as Ankou says, people go to him for the drugs. I doubt he forces them upon people.

Hopefully this judge has given him the chance of a better life and his drug dealing with stop.

I'm trying to be bothered about this but....
<he would face the death penalties in some counties>
I hope Herts is,nt one.
Well spotted DG! LOL

We definitely have the death penalty here in TT. How are you? x
its probably yorkshire, they have funny rules about welsh and arrows don't they ?
Very well thanks lottie x
A very Happy New Year to you.
You too DG x
Why can't he do his sentence in a women's prison and receive his treatment from there?
because he would need bespoke facilities and a speclalist medical team on hand?

I am afraid I must disagree with you, I myself cannot see any reason why he will change this easy money life style just because he will the have had his sex change.

I would understand it if his criminal life style was implicated because of his gender, but there is no evidence that he will change when he becomes a woman.

Whether or not the drug addicts go to him or he goes to them is of little consequence, he is illegally importing drugs into this country and also supplying them.

The only way to lessen the problem of drugs in this country is to get the dealers off the streets and into jail.
Wouldn't they just need a scalpel?
Sentence should have been completed first then the chenage done before release.

The argument druggies go to the dealer so therefore the dealer is absolved is rubbish. The dealers often tempt and lead on the druggies and lets face it wiothout the dealer ther would be no drugs.

If I have my way this 'person' would be sent down for life so no sex change needed. Dealers are scum, anyone disagree with that?

which is why he has been given a suspended sentence. to give him a chance to perhaps ?

I'm with you on this one AOG.

Ignoring the absudity that sex changes or gender realignments or whatever other name its called this week are available on the NHS (probably a subject for a separate thread), I too am struggling to see why the judge saw fit to treat this guy differently.I don't think being bullied is an adequte reason.

So he is into drug dealing because he is a cross dresser then, and when he becomes a woman he will cease dealing, perhaps?

Might as well give all criminals a suspended sentence, then they will also change perhaps?
"Might as well give all criminals a suspended sentence, then they will also change perhaps?"

yes of course. because all crimes and all criminals, and all trials are the same. of course,
