We make this one often, but we really like black beans:

1 can (15 ounces) black beans, undrained
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
1/8 teaspoon Red Pepper, Ground (Cayenne works well)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 stalks fresh celery
1 finely chopped small onion

(You can easily double the recipe if needed)

DIRECTIONS
1. Drain beans, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Rinse and drain beans. Mix beans, reserved liquid, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, oregano and red pepper in blender or food processor; cover. Process until beans are coarsely chopped. Transfer mixture to small saucepan.

2. Cook on medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, celery and onions (to taste) cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chill before serving,
A slightly easier recipe is:

1. Go to supermarket
2. Select tub of spicy bean dip from shelf
3. Pay at checkout
