I get two possible answers which one is correct- agrology or agronomy.

hmmm, both seem right!
i'd personally go for agrology as this is defined as 'especiall in production of crops' whereas agronomy is more generalised of using plants for certain things

I've gone with - Agronomy
Neither Oxford English Dictionary or Chambers mention agrology, I agree with JimJools on agronomy
