when i was ten, we had to do cross country in the rain/sleet and i got the flu and was off school for a week.

when i was training for the trafalgar day parade, we were marching out in the rain for about 4 hours, and i got a cold and a soar throat.

is it the cold that makes me ill or does the cold realy badly weaken my immune system, and ebcause i was with lots of people, one of them passed on an illness?

The cold weather itself can't make you ill but will lower your defences/immune system to make you more susceptable to viruses in the air
lol - soar throat - where did it fly to?

Seriously, build yours up your antibodies with 'malt extract' (Virol). Overdose on Vit C (10 tabs @ 24h). Your body expels more than needed.
