I can access AB from my work computer but my phone has signed out of it and I cant get back in - dont know what Im doing wrong - any ideas ?

try clearing the cache on your phone

One of my PCs wouldnt sign me in until i did that.

erm i dont know exactly, but you might find cache in the wap or internet settings of phone.
