I have a DR10 from 2005 along with a fine. I know the conviction doesn't become spent for 5 years because of the fine ,but, could I apply for a pardon or something simmilar to have this conviction removed from my record for imigration to another country?

if you dont satisfy the entry requirements for another country then you have to accept that.

You cant get a pardon for a crime you committed
Depends on the country - but certainly with some the fact that the conviction is not on your record here is irrelevant - you were convicted, and they want to know about it - for life.
