gardening help

Am going to need some help in the garden , grass cutting , hedge trimming and general weeding for about 4 hours a week for 4 weeks .Have no idea what this might cost per week , so if anyone can help would be very grateful indeed., to know a rough amount.

Just about every week on this site some enterprising 14 or 15 year old is looking for work. You're talking manual labor with no power tools so why not inquire of the neighborhood families to see if some one wats to earn some spending money... (be fair,, though... her ein the U.S. the going rate waould be about $7.00 USD per hour)...

A friend who lives in rural Wales has recently paid �20 per hour for such gardening tasks, which I thought a bit excessive

Gardeners charge from �10 an hour upwards, and it can be back-breaking work, especially when the weather turns warm, so I'd pay at least that to whoever you manage to get.
