the police will not accept that my car was stolen i have all the keys it was taken from my home and burnt out they say it can not be driven without the keys and no damage is this right they will not give me a crime no so i can not claim on my insurance what can i do helppppp

It can be towed so of course it can be stolen.
is there any possibility of someone having a key that would fit by sheer luck, or are these keys unique to BMW, if you can't go down that route,I would get a good lawyer, as a crime may have been commited with the vehicle.
Presumably the police think you burnt it out yourself, to claim the insurance.

no i need the car for work i am a manager of a social club and have to go to cash&carrys also bank so i need it for work full stop
not sure what year your car is but no modern car can be stolen without the correct coded keys hence why the rise in house break ins to obtain car keys. The days of breaking into cars and hot wiring are long gone

There are some extremely high tech ways around it involving changing ECUs but the costs and hassle in doing this doesnt put it in the class of the joy rider its usually reserved for the real high end market .
