Spenser's footing nothing in deal (6): T?O?D?
I have TROADE as it fits the 'nothing in deal' wordplay and I can find a literary reference for Edmund Spenser's' the faiere queen ; 'where foot of living creature neuer troade' - is this right or am I barking up the wrong tree completely ?
