27d I go under "European Section" for writing, sadly.
I have ELEGISING E (European) LEG (section) I....but why SING??

47d Wheat we are able to see in part of kitchen...must be DURUM...can anyone explain this??? Sure it is obvious, but I can't see it. Thanks!

47d kitchen is a name given to the percussion section of an orchestra so a drum would be part of that. U as in U certificate at the cinema - anyone can see the film

Thanks very much, I understand now. (Complicated clues this week....or is it just me?) Explanation of elegising (if correct) would be appreciated!
to elegize means to compose a mournful song/writing sadly. You have worked out the rest of the clue yourself. I only suggested that you spell it with a "Z" so that it fits the clue..."zing" meaning energy/go.
