Hi, I seem to be stuck on several here; can anyone help?
6D: `Wind from behind pass' (7) B?OWO?? looks like either `blowout' or `blow-off' but I can't see why in either case.
32A: `Champion golfer coming back about a rule' (6): ?EG?A? -- I want it to be REGIAT but this word doesn't seem to exist!
23A: `One following me inside is a national from Iranian city' (7): IS?AH??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks MatydalLover! (Aha, `me' as `a name a call myself'.) Which must make 6D `blow-off'. And thanks too to Mazie for the answer and explanation!
a bit of a mixed up explanation though!
6d Is probably two meanings. Chambers gives blow off as to miss an appointment, so I guess that could mean to pass. The second meaning is then self-evident.

Thanks once again to you both. I can just about see why `blow-off' could mean `pass' now!
