After extensive lyric searches I will now hand this one over to the expert care of the google-meisters!

It was a tune that I heard on an old Santa Cruz skateboard video back in the early 90s. I remember part of the lyrics being something like;

'City of the lost souls, they never talk, they never listen.
Their eyes are blindfold.'
