Does anyone know where i can buy a relacement ceramic top for my hob ? are they easy to fit ? I broke mine while fitting it.

You would need to go straight to the manufacturer NightFlight... If you fit a new one it could be dangerous, they are best off repaired by an electrician or the service force for the manufacturer.
It would also invalidate the warranty.
